I’d like to let you know about the latest changes within the Mercedes-Benz Cars press team.
Jo Watkins is on maternity leave – baby Annabelle was born last week. Mother, baby, big sister Jessica and dad are all well.
Rachel Goodwin is stepping into Jo’s shoes for the next year, as our Senior Press Officer – she remains the main day-to-day contact for all your difficult-to-answer questions (please continue to ask me only the easy ones).
To cover these moves, we have a new Press Officer, Chloe Hawling. Chloe has just finished her degree, but may be familiar to you from the year she spent working in the press office at BMW.
Another new face (but a familiar name) is Olivia Frankel, who joined us last month as our Corporate Communications Intern. To answer your question, Andrew is her uncle.
I’d like to point out that while we now have a Goodwin and Frankel in the team, there are no current plans to add a Harris or Sutcliffe.
Kate Price remains the key contact for all press car booking requests, assisted by Jane Holmes, and the rest of the team stays the same - Sheena Hamilton (Senior Press Officer, Lifestyle and Fashion); Nicole Campbell (PA to the Communications Director); Rory Lumsdon (PR Manager), and Communications Director Debbie Hull.
